By using TracklistAI you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What TracklistAI does

TracklistAI is a tool that analyses DJ mixes to identify tracks using audio recognition technology. It is provided as a best-effort service — recognition accuracy depends on the quality of the audio and the coverage of third-party recognition databases.

3. Your use of the service

• You must only upload or analyse audio that you own or have the right to use.
• You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service or its APIs.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Credits and payments

Credits are required to run analyses beyond the free tier. Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits remain in your account until you delete it. We reserve the right to change credit pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Accuracy and liability

Track identification results are generated automatically and may be incomplete or incorrect. TracklistAI makes no guarantees about the accuracy of results. We are not liable for any decisions made based on the output of the service.

6. Availability

We aim to keep TracklistAI available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate the service at any time, with or without notice.

7. Intellectual property

TracklistAI and its underlying technology are our property. The tracklists generated by analysing your mixes belong to you. We do not claim ownership of any audio you provide.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
